As an advocate especially for early- and mid-career academics, I give talks on how those with skills and talents in the academic sphere can build a career strategy within or outside of academia, create authentic visibility, and on how they can find jobs in Germany.
After studying in Berlin and China, I received a PhD in Sociology in St. Gallen Switzerland, and became a career development enthusiast while doing a postdoc at the University of California, Berkeley. I started blogging about my post-academic life and worked at a Leadership Development NGO before joining my organization as Executive Director helping scientists to maximize their potential in different career fields in Germany.
