Dennis’ expertise primarily lies in horizon scanning, scenario development, and qualitative technology forecasting. He is a senior researcher with Shaping Tomorrow where he developed the company’s Gist reports—a summary of the future perspectives of a sector, technology, or issue. He is also the head of Aiglatson Foresight Research (AFR) where he consults on the future for entrepreneurs and small and medium sized enterprises to meet the needs of smaller budgets. Dennis believes the future is constantly changing, and organizations must optimize their foresight strategies through constant maintenance to maximize opportunities and minimize threats.
