Bio

Eileen Smith is a sought after, top rated Keynote Motivational Speaker. She was one of the co hosts on a TV show relationship reloaded in 2008 helping people resolve their relationship problems.

Her will to survive comes across strong in her talks, she has lived through more than she ever imagined she could. Eileen lost her 1st born during the peak of a divorce and has since found her purpose in helping others overcome and understand the waves of life.

Her message creates a shift in mindset. It doesn't matter what walk of life you are in, problems her talks resignation with everyone, young and old.

Her most recent talks were at the Rhema Bible Church where she spoke about overcoming adversity and at The Mighty Girls 2018 Mentor event held at HB connect in Sandton,topic- a letter to my younger self. She has also spoken in Zambia at the Healthy Habits shop, topic- how the state of mind affects your health.

Women/Men are often faced with situations or busy lives and often find themselves taking a back seat to life, family, work and kids.

If we are not full how will we over flow? This presentation covered that. Understanding that we do not fight for a place in life and to outline that if we do not say yes to ourselves first we will deplete ourselves.
