You don’t have to be a corporation or a celebrity to have a brand. In fact, many everyday people who want to build their careers, get ahead, gain solid reputations, and become better leaders use personal branding to reach their objectives.

If you want to stand out from the crowd, get the next job, change careers, get a promotion, be better at what you already do, and have more people remember you positively, personal branding is for you.

The Nonprofit Guide to Customer Service Excellence: What it takes to develop a customer-centric mind

Your organization depends on “customers” to fulfill its mission. This hands-on workshop demonstrates how nonprofit customer service excellence can build and maintain dynamic brand experiences for every stakeholder. Turn them into cause champions, helping your organization achieve its strategic objectives.

In this interactive and entertaining presentation, Elaine shares some real-life communications boo-boos, and then tests your skills to give you new insight into the importance that everyday business writing and marketing communications have on your brand reputation and credibility.

Becoming a Purpose-Driven Organization: How to market and lead with purpose for winning results

According to the 2019 Porter Novelli/Cone Purpose Biometrics Study, the role of business is expanding far beyond the operational footprint. Customers want companies to address issues and causes that are personally important to them. In fact, Americans say it is more critical than ever to buy from companies that reflect their personal values — and they believe supporting these companies is a way to show they care about them.

Businesses that lead with purpose can build stronger emotional connections and deeper bonds with customers, translating to a stronger sense of trust, loyalty, and favorability.

Any sized business can benefit by incorporating purpose into its culture. Studies show that companies gain a competitive advantage, better attract and retain employees, gain new loyal customers, build stronger customer relationships and can achieve a higher level of financial performance.

Putting Customers at the Center of Every Action: What it takes to develop a customer-centric mindset

Without customers, your business would not exist. It’s that simple. Its success and longevity depend on acquiring and retaining customers – things you can’t do without developing and maintaining a customer-centric mindset.

This presentation will identify the tools and philosophy your company needs to adopt to put customers at the center of every action and business decision.
