Ellen created The StressLess MethodⓇ, a 5-step proprietary process based on the sciences of stress, behavior change, and adult learning. The StressLess MethodⓇ incorporates evidence-based tools, theories, and techniques to support a personalized holistic experience that establishes lasting change, including positive psychology, resilience, strengths, growth mindset, grit, self-compassion, meditation, and mindfulness.

Ellen’s professional background and expertise includes 12 years as a published scientific researcher, 9 years as an award-winning university instructor, and 9 years leading The StressLess MethodⓇ. She has a Masters Degree in Adult Education, is a National Board Certified Health + Wellness Coach, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Wellcoaches Professional Health + Wellness Coach. She’s helped thousands of students and clients transform their life and health by learning how to manage their stress in a way that works for them.
