Over the last 20+ years professionally I have had the opportunity to be immersed in two different, but amazing arenas: Education & Craft Beer.
In the Educational world, I have taught students and staff; trained individuals and groups; ;oversaw the creation and management of projects, facilitation of various forms of Strategic Planning and presenting to groups, small and large. I have served as a Teacher, Administrator, and now Educational Consultant & Public Speaker.
Now on the other side of my life, I have had the incredible opportunity to spend 20 years working in/with the Craft Beer industry. I have been apart of opening and helping 3 different breweries (Ellicottville Brewing Company, Southern Tier Brewing, and most recently Big Ditch Brewing) grow. I have been involved with brewing, sales, marketing, and ambassadorship at all three. For Big Ditch brewing Co. I am also creating/writing all of the necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Work Instructions (WIN's), One Page Lessons (OPL's) and Proficiency's for the Brewery and the Restaurant/Tap Room.
Over the last few years, I have suffered a major medical issue which has allowed me to WAKE UP and decide to going all in and creating a business that allows for the best of both worlds.
In the Educational world, I will Consult and Speak (Keynote & Workshops) specializing in areas such as (but not limited to) Classroom Management/Behavior Management, Leading Acting Professional Learning Processes, Fostering Collaborative Learning Culture, Best Collaboration practices with Administration, and Connecting and Sharing with Networks.
In the Craft Beer world, I will Consult and Speak (Keynote as well as Workshops) on all things craft beer-related. Working with breweries & restaurants to create best processes; create/enhancing craft beer menus that complement the food menu; conduct Beerventure's (craft beer-focused vacations), private beer tastings, podcast interviewing beer related professionals.
