I have worked in employee engagement and people analytics for over 20 years helping organizations to leverage data to make more informed HR and business decisions. My goal is to help companies move from data to action. I'm passionate about giving employees a voice and helping companies become great places to work by leveraging data.

I have experience working with Fortune 500 organizations across a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, logistics, transportation, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
