Grady was formerly Assistant Provost of Faculty Success and Dean of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at American Public University System where he oversaw the Certified Professional Coaching and Mentoring program, Center for Teaching and Learning, Competency-Based Education, and Alternative Learning including badging, micro-credentials, non-credit certificates and certifications, and several other strategic initiatives. Grady holds a doctorate in management specializing in organizational development and change from Colorado Technical University, a master of business administration in advanced management studies from Touro University, a master of arts in management from Bellevue University, a bachelor of science in human resources management from Bellevue University, and associates degrees in information analysis and instructional technology from the Community College of the Air Force. He is also a Professional Certified Coach, Board Certified Coach, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Management Consultant, and a Certified Manager.
