Grady holds a doctorate in management specializing in organizational development and change from Colorado Technical University, a master of business administration in advanced management studies from Touro University, a master of arts in management from Bellevue University, a bachelor of science in human resources management from Bellevue University, and associates degrees in information analysis and instructional technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
