Hubert started his career in the Open Source business 1998 as a Linux trainer. From 1999- 2005, six years at SuSE in the centre of the Open Source business with different roles in pre sales, product management, channel management and business development. Followed by 2 years at Open-Xchange, another important player in the Open Source world.
Between 2006 and 2016 - he spend 10 years as independent business consultant - supported the development of international sales channels in Open Source markets. In 2015 he joined one of his customers - Red Hat - to build up an EMEA Partner Enablement Team. Focused on sales, technical enablement of Red Hat partner in all countries in EMEA. After 4 years the team as an international reputation in partner development and enablement.
Hubert has a proven experience in channel management, partner sales and channel programs. Mostly focused on OpenSource business development and business models.
