Over the last two decades I have led the implementation of many complex system capabilities. Most recent accomplishments include DevOps continuous delivery, and cloud container orchestration.
The change that Cloud and DevOps bring have major impact on people and processes. While the common thought is that change is difficult and people resist it, I believe of quite the opposite. The human specie has proven over and over of its ability to change and adapt.
People only become reluctant to change when faced with unknowns, no guidance, no fail safe environment, and no mentoring. At Red Hat, customer success is a top of mind and we are helping our customers in their container adoption initiatives through mentoring, consulting and Labs.
