Jenn's self-help book, Helping Effortlessly: A Book of Healing and Inspiration is her personal experience of recovery from burnout.
Mindfulness curriculum writing and program facilitation for Mindful Reach where she also serves on the advisory board. She also writes independent mindfulness based programming for youth and children.

Jenn recently presented a talk entitled Mindfulness: a Social Justice Strategy for over 40 participants at Glenforest Secondary School's grade 12 club Women of Vision
Jenn will be facilitating a workshop entitled Burnout Recovery Beyond Self-Care for the Ontario Association for Child and Youth Care’s annual provincial convention with over 200 guests.
Jenn has provided workshops for RL Solutions, Key Assets Ontario, YogaVision, and Heart Beets Natural Market and has been providing wellness workshops to the public for many years.
