We spend the majority of life at work and you know what, it doesn’t have to be awful. Work can be fun, supportive, and engaging. Work can help us grow, develop, and create meaning in our lives. We don’t have to live the rest of our lives concerned about the “sunday scaries.” However, the only way this can happen is with better leaders.
