While change is arguably a constant across all industries, it is often linked to workplace stress and burnout. If managed improperly, employees may experience a loss of alignment with their team members and even company, ultimately leading to turnover.

"Aligning through Change" will provide skills and exercises to help participants grow in cohesion during times of rapid transition, whether due to mergers and acquisitions or pandemic-related changes.

Participants will gain key skills related to:
- Advising others specifically (developing reliable methods for new processes)
- Listening with total presence
- Imagining others' perspectives (creating customer-focused empathy maps from user experience design)
- Grounding themselves in what's working (applying principles from strength-based perspective and appreciative inquiry)
- Neutralizing conversations by bridging the gap (exploring win-win opportunities during conflict)
