I was introduced to that phrase early in my training career and it is a concept that I see all too often not grasped nor executed strategically and effectively, in all levels of an organization but especially in the field.
I’ve spent almost 2 decades in various Luxury industries, from beauty to accessories, Prêt-à-Porter, automotive, watches and jewelry. I have had the opportunity to analyze performances, create programs and strategies, deploy and deliver interactive and engaging facilitation and elevate an organizations' approach to branding and communication.
