Jules M. Passwater

Jules M. Passwater, J.D. (she/ they) is a former U.S. EEOC and DOL investigator with over a decade of experience investigating workplace discrimination and harassment complaints. She currently provides consulting services to workplaces seeking to develop or strengthen diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Passwater uses their experience as a non-binary, neurodiverse individual to genuinely connect with audiences about issues of gender, disability, inclusion, and belonging.
