Bio

Liam McClintock is the Founder & CEO of FitMind (www.fitmind.co) and has given mental health talks at Fortune 500 companies, addiction centers, schools, and government organizations. He received a B.A. from Yale and worked in finance before traveling to Asia to study the mind through meditation full-time.

Liam is completing a Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College and is an RYS Certified Meditation Instructor. He has been featured in Time, Vice, Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan, NBC and Men’s Journal for his work as an entrepreneur.

Introduction to Meditation

This workshop begins by explaining the benefits of meditation and provides an introduction to the basics of insight meditation practice. It also walks participants through the high-level neuroscience and psychology of meditation.

Managing Stress

In our modern fast-paced world, stress comes in many forms. You'll learn meditation and breathing techniques for calming the mind and de-stressing. This workshop is taught by Liam McClintock, who studied psychology at Yale and became certified as a meditation instructor.

Focus & Attention

This workshop teaches individuals how to train their minds to be maximally effective in the information age. We will discuss the mechanics of concentration and techniques for training it.

Sleep Optimization

Participants learn to maximize their sleep through proper sleep habits. Additionally, I teach Yoga Nidra to help restless individuals fall asleep (or take a power nap) on command.
