President and CEO of the OTS Foundation for Neolithic Studies since 1993, Linda C. Eneix is a champion of transdisciplinary investigation. Linda’s long career in international cultural tourism gave her a unique world view while it honed her ability to share complex specialized information at the level of the public. A Program Provider for 25 years for the Elderhostel/Road Scholar organization, Linda C. Eneix pioneered a program of lifelong learning for Americans in Malta.
Author of the book: “Listening for Ancient Gods” as well as several articles addressing the Sapient Paradox and the human experience of special sound in ancient ritual and ceremonial spaces, she is the organizer of three international conferences on Archaeoacoustics and editor of their proceedings. The Global Listening Centre honored her in 2021 as one of the Top 25 Outstanding Women Listeners in the World.
Since 1990 Linda C. Eneix has been an advocate for broader knowledge and educational outreach about Neolithic developments in the Mediterranean and Levant. Working with the Malta Ministry for Education and National Culture, she wrote and produced a prehistoric heritage awareness program for Malta’s youngsters. Her illustration work has been featured at conferences and colleges all over the USA, as well as in Portugal, Turkey, Spain, and The Centre Culturel Christiane Peugeot, Paris, France. She is also the creator of the Lithicare© platform application for Archaeoacoustic Vibratory Neurostimulation.
Linda C. Eneix has been consulted for film, television and print media in the USA and Europe, and has appeared on international television for the Discovery Network and the History Channel.
