I have been fortunate to work in a variety of positions in my career ranging from traffic "flag man", cold call sales, fast food worker, summer camp counselor, graduate assistant, intern, special events coordinator, adjunct faculty (three different higher education institutions), training manager, VP of business education, volunteer coordinator, career coach, instructional designer and human resources consultant. In each position, I gained a variety of skills.
I've worked in public (state and municipalities), private (Fortune 100 companies) and a not for profit organization (Habitat for Humanity). And I've worked with all levels of diverse employees.
With a diverse employment history, I feel comfortable in varied business settings and with unique and challenging circumstances. My consulting business focuses on four diverse areas: Employee development, professional coaching, organizational consulting and assessment center prep.
I am an Arkansan, but happily travel to various work assignments. I am always seeking business partnerships and typically work well with others.
