A seasoned multi-disciplinary professional with over three decades of experience in business development, strategic planning, and leadership, Ms. Dare has transformed countless individuals and businesses through her consulting and corporate coaching expertise. Her career has spanned continents, where she has earned recognition for her ability to drive growth and inspire innovation in diverse environments.

Born into an academic family, Ms. Dare was profoundly influenced by her late father, a distinguished professor who taught at prestigious institutions, including Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Université Grenoble Alpes in France, and the University of Colorado in Boulder. Immersed in an environment of academic rigor, Ms. Dare developed a strong appreciation for education, discipline, and innovation—values that have propelled her extraordinary career. Her grandfather, a prominent District Attorney in Indonesia, further inspired her with his commitment to integrity, justice, and community service, shaping her mission to make a meaningful difference in the world.

Graduating from high school at 16, Ms. Dare began her college education at the University of Houston that same year. By 21, she had founded her first management consulting firm, Meta Tugu Pradana, later evolving it into Meta Management Consultants Ltd. This venture marked the beginning of her prolific career in strategic consulting, where she delivered transformative solutions to leaders and organizations globally.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to empowering communities led her to establish three significant organizations: Global Meta Management Consultants, Dare Education, and iDARE® Inc. The latter two focus on safety preparedness, leadership training, and disaster risk reduction. iDARE® reflects her commitment to uplifting women, children, and underserved communities impacted by disasters.

Ms. Dare is also a skilled marksman and an advocate for personal safety. She is a certified firearms instructor (shotgun, rifle, and handgun), a Range Safety Officer (RSO), and a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member. Her "Stop the Threat" and "Stop the Bleed" programs, presented to local first responders in 2018, underscore her expertise in tactical defense and crisis management. With FEMA certifications in active shooter preparedness, she is a recognized leader in situational awareness and emergency response.

During the pandemic, Ms. Dare founded the Roadmap to Sustainability Global Roundtable, fostering collaboration among global business leaders to develop sustainable solutions.
