  • Rachelle is a natural at facilitating conversations around uncomfortable topics. She picks up on nonverbal and verbal cues to make sure each person has a chance to speak and take up space. Her personal anecdotes help the conversation flow and help people connect what they are saying to a real-life experience. Was such a great experience getting to know and work with her to be part of her DEI conversations around code switching!

  • Rachelle's ability to make guests feel at ease is unparalleled. It felt like a casual gathering with other amazing women whom for the most part do not know each other, as she build on each story and weave our stories together. Her questions are also really pointed and individualized to each person and she does an amazing job of unpacking more difficult topics more in-depth! Rachelle's LinkedIn live series is on the topic of code switching and while she asks each guests similar questions, each session is not like any other. I am honored to have appeared on her show twice now and I believe that this is a necessary platform for Women of Color to share our stories so that we can be affirmed that this is a common experience. I would definitely recommend Rachelle as a speaker or a facilitator in organizations!

  • Confident, calm, and quietly charismatic, Rachelle Carrié is a gifted public speaker. She and I connected on LinkedIn, and have shared the virtual stage on her LinkedIn Live show: Corporate Nightmare. As founder and host, Rachelle facilitates discussions around the racism, sexism, and microaggressions that women of color in corporate arenas have to navigate. I was impressed with her fearlessness - and tact - around having difficult discussions, as well as her ability to put her guests at ease and showcase them at their best. Her level of preparation is also of note; due, no doubt, to her deep experience as a workshop facilitator and teacher. Nothing phases her. For public speaking, and DEI workshop facilitation, Rachelle has my heartfelt recommendation.

  • It is not a very easy topic to talk about publicly having to navigate corporate as a black woman yet Rachelle made it super comfortable for us to share our voices and how we were able to navigate through the challenges. Rachelle understands what it takes, hence asked questions that were powerful and helped us feel safe to engage in a dynamic conversation so that we can inspire others to succeed with their goals and passion no matter their color, walks of life of experiences.
