When I attended D-Cals “Difficult Conversations” workshop at a conference I didn’t realize how important the lessons would be in my life. A lot of us fear confrontation because we don’t know how to act and go into these situations with a defensive mindset. D-Cal taught us how to stay in the present moment, tune into empathy, and learn to separate facts from opinions. His lessons have helped me in personal and professional settings and I think back to them way more often than any other session I’ve ever attended.
