My 23 years' experience as owner of a multi-unit printing chain me prepared me well to help others weed the threats out of opportunities and focus on how to find the strategic pathway forward. Prior to buying my printing company I also spent six years as a mergers and acquisitions specialist, doing business valuations and sales. Combining this with more than eleven years as a master financial trainer, and I work hard to be a champion for business growth, productivity, valuation, and transition.
Financial training that I have presented includes programs for many types of businesses. In franchising these would include sign makers, printing/shipping stores, 24 hour gyms, restoration companies, cleaning companies, QSR restaurants, hotels, DIY home centers, rental companies, lab testing companies and home health care companies to name a few. I have also presented programs for dental practices, independent pharmacies, association members of all types and contractors including insulation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Another set of clients include banks, both banking staff that need financial training and bank clients. Banks benefit from this type of training in that they have clients with a higher financial acumen and capability of qualifying for loans, and actually paying them back.
I customize each program to the specific financial model of the client which makes the training much more relevant and meaningful to the attendees. I take a family run business and create a professionally managed company with the same people at the helm.
