Sandile is a Supply Chain and Logistics Executive, who started his career over 18 years ago in Operations. He has led diverse teams over the years, implementing Operations Effectiveness for Corporates; Logistics and Transport solutions. His core industry experience includes; Mining, Logistics and Transportation. He has worked alongside Commodity commercials and trading teams across Africa and other continents. He has held strategic positions in the supply chain & logistics sector; including inter alia; General Manager for Access World Operations (DBN), Access World Employment Equity Committee Chairman (South Africa), Access World Transformation Champion (in charge of the implementation and execution of the transformation strategy for Access World South Africa). Sandile is a Qualified facilitator with ETDP-SETA as well as Qualified assessor with ETDP-SETA (Facilitate learning using variety of methodologies,

He sits on the board for CILTSA (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport RSA ), National committee member for Road Freight Chamber – TETA, Professional Member of Institute of Directors in South Africa ( M.Inst.D ), Member of Global Chamber of Business Leaders. Sandile also plays active role within the institutions of higher learning, particularly with supply chain, logistics and transport. He is currently a part time Lecture for Stadio University and is a member of the Department of Operations and Quality Management Industry Advisor Board at the Durban University of Technology (DUT). Sandile has recently ( 2022 ) been appointed by School of Economic and Management (Faculties) at Sol Plaatje University Advisory Board Member
