Professionally, Sara is a strategist and change consultant and an OKR Master Coach and Coach Trainer, and enjoys an entrepreneurial career in technology, marketing / advertising, strategic ops and organizational learning and change.
Sara is a Principal Consultant at Red Currant Collective, an agency of change in a work world that desperately needs rethinking. Her work builds on well-honed expertise leading adult learning, instructional design, marketing, creative strategy and strategic operations at some of the largest global enterprises in the world and in public policy and political roles. Her superpowers shine in high-stakes, high-consequence work.
She is an OKR Master Coach and OKR Coach Trainer, a licensed attorney trained in conflict resolution and mediation, and is completing post-graduate training in well-being coaching to bring a focus on human wellness, psychological safety and trust to her work helping organizations clarify and achieve their goals.
She is also an avid motorcyclist: she spends 30+ days a year on track each year pursuing advanced skills and training in sportbike riding, and co-owns Counter Weight Motorsport / CW Moto Racing, a motorcycle shop and race team with her husband. She's traveled solo by motorcycle extensively in the US, and chose spectating at the Isle of Man TT Race for her honeymoon destination. She's an avid race fan, and former (and future) motorcycle instruction coach (currently on hiatus from teaching to focus on her own skill building).
She's also a semi-retired (due to COVID) climber, spending the last 19 years climbing rock and mountains (including a Himalayan expedition in 2009, and a summit of Mount Rainier in 2010).
