Dispelling the Myth of The Other

It's time to change the inclusion and belonging conversation! As Einstein said, "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." Shifting the conversation to the construct of Othering creates a more expansive lens to view experiences and behaviors and begin to uncover the origins of our beliefs and assumptions. This new awareness helps participants to understand this natural inclination and how to identify when and why Othering occurs.
