"A man can succeed at almost anything for which he has unlimited enthusiasm."
Something I truly believe in...
Back in 1999, when I was 16 years old I had my first Linux experience. For a long time I had my own server running at home hosting services for friends and relatives. Services varying from: IRC-bots, DNS, E-mail, webservers to even hosting a SaaS Uptimes service (meaning a competition with statistics on who could leave his system running the longest without a reboot).
Working at Red Hat as an AppDev Specialist I'm striving to provide customers with an unmatched experience while supporting them in achieving their objectives. Aligning Business with IT and driving business transformation by applying the open source way of thinking, that brings a new dimension into existing environments.
I'm a very energetic person and eager to learn every day.
In 2018 I chose to start presenting and doing lectures in front of groups. This coincided with a question from a company to give some lectures on DevOps, communities and the rise of platforms to people in the IT industry. I'm looking forward to the coming months and years during which I'll take the time to become more experienced and improve my skills.
My spare time I spend with my wife. I can really enjoy a nice meal, like to travel and ride my motorbike.
