CEO and founder Toni Wells-Bryant, resident of Los Angeles. Ms. Wells-Bryant has extensive experience in services for homeless populations, both as a practitioner and trainer. She has been affiliated with the Case Management institute, a team lead for PATH, and program manager for First to Serve, DHS/HFH Interim Housing. She has also led two regional facilities for The Salvation Army. Currently Ms. Wells serves as Chief Executive Officer for M.E.N.T.O.S., Inc and operates five Interim Housing re-entry facilities consisting of 48 staff members and volunteers, with an annual budget of $3,960,000. She secured the funding through the Office of Diversion and Re-entry; a division of the Department of Health Services; the State of California; and the Special Service Group. The organization was formed in 2011.

The Bona Fides M.E.N.T.O.R.S. holds a Master Services Agreement with the County of Los Angeles for Supportive and/or Housing Services. The current re-entry facility has a waiting list the Department of Health Services due to exemplary services provided at this location.
