Testimonials can give organizers confidence that the people who worked with you previously were happy with the results, and you are reputable speaker.
We’ve added two new features to your speaker profile: recommendations and testimonials. Read below to find out more.
Recommendations
To the left side of your profile, you’ll see a whole new section for recommendations. Just like your Twitter followers (or Facebook likes, LinkedIn connections and Instagram followers) it will solidify your influence as a speaker.

Anyone can visit your page and endorse you as a speaker: from fellow speakers to organizers, and members of the audience. Just send them a link to your speaker profile, and get their social support.
The recommendations will be broken into three categories: Speakers (supporting other speakers,) Organizers (who have worked with the speaker) and Anonymous Users (anyone who is not a logged-in member of SpeakerHub.)

Testimonials
Sometimes your network will want to give you a little more than a thumbs up: they will want to say more about how you are as a speaker.
Each SpeakerHub speaker profile has an individual link which you can share with your audience directly at your next event.
Go to “Profile”>”Edit”>”Testimonials” and select the unique url under “Add more testimonials”

When your reviewer comes to your page, they will have the option of adding up to 500 characters to tell your audience what makes you an exceptional speaker.

We’ve also made it simple to manually add your favorite testimonials from past events.
Add in the testimonials, and include the email address of the person who originally gave you the testimonial. If you’d like to skip sending them an email, write their full name instead (Note: if you do not include an email address, it will show up on your profile, but it will be an“unverified” testimonial.)

Perhaps you’d like to limit the amount of testimonials that show on your page.
To keep a testimonial, but remove it publicly from you profile, go to the testimonials section in the profile editor, and deselect the “Enable” radio box.
To remove a testimonial fully from your profile delete it by selecting the “Trashcan” on the right side.
