About
I believe I am uniquely qualified to speak on youth mentorship, identity development, emotional intelligence, and leadership because I do not teach theory — I teach from lived experience, training, and embodied transformation. My passion for this work is deeply personal. If I had known at an early age what I know now — about emotional regulation, identity, boundaries, self-worth, and core values — I would have avoided many of the pitfalls that shaped my early life. I know what it feels like to question whether you are enough. I know what it is to become the “nice guy” who avoids speaking his truth because he does not yet know himself well enough to identify what that truth is. I understand what it means to react to challenges rather than respond with intention. I know what it feels like to be trauma-driven rather than value-driven. And because I know those experiences firsthand, I also know what it takes to transform them. Through years of intentional inner work, professional training, mentorship, and leadership development, I have learned how to lean into solid core values, build healthy affirmations rooted in truth, and cultivate emotional self-regulation in high-stress situations. I have broken toxic lineage cycles in my own life. I have done the work required to move from survival patterns to intentional leadership. I embody the principles I teach. In addition to leading youth programs through Legacy Kids Colorado, I serve as Youth Director for Sacred Sons, where we focus on strengthening men’s mental, physical, and spiritual health. This role allows me to bridge intergenerational mentorship and model grounded, accountable masculinity for young people who are seeking identity and direction. Young people do not need another motivational speaker. They need someone who understands their internal battles, who has walked through self-doubt and emotional volatility, and who can offer practical tools for self-awareness, resilience, and character development. My mission is not driven by ego — it is driven by purpose. I teach what I have lived, what I have studied, and what I actively practice. I consider this work medicine — and I am committed to sharing it responsibly, strategically, and with deep integrity. My goal is to equip the next generation with the tools I wish I had earlier: clarity of identity, emotional regulation skills, healthy communication, personal accountability, and the courage to live aligned with their values.
