About
For 27 years, I served as a U.S. Army Combat Medic, leading Soldiers in some of the world's most challenging environments. Long before that, I experienced the silence, shame, and fear that follow trauma after being abused by a trusted adult. Those two very different journeys shaped one conviction: doing the right thing is rarely the easiest choice, but it is always the most important one. My presentations combine authentic storytelling with practical leadership lessons that audiences can immediately apply. Rather than simply sharing my story, I challenge people to think differently about courage, ethical leadership, accountability, psychological safety, and the responsibility we all have to act when something isn't right. Audiences leave with more than inspiration, they leave with a renewed commitment to lead with integrity, speak with courage, and create cultures where trust can thrive.
