Aaron Tucker is a Navy SEAL combat veteran with multiple combat tours in nearly every conflict from tracking war criminals to conducting source operations and counter narcotic operations in Central America. Upon leaving the SEAL Teams, Aaron turned his discipline and battlefield lessons to the world of business and has become an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and acclaimed speaker on topics ranging from leadership and building high performance teams to culture and organizational transformation. His current focus is demonstrating the financial value of culture and engagement through financial indicator correlations.
Aaron is an executive with consultative experience in both Big Four and boutique firms. With degrees in marketing, and advanced degrees in business and management and doctoral work in organizational development, Aaron’s extensive experience is both academic and real-world in nature. Having lead research teams with world renown behavioral and clinical psychologists to quantify and unlock the leading indicators of engagement, motivation, and GRIT. Aaron’s work and experience was recognized and used by the US military in developing their culture of accountability and psychological safety.
Aaron has a passion for life and challenges himself and others by following very specific rules for success. Aaron has summited Kilimanjaro, participated in an expedition length adventure racing as a former sponsored athlete, and most recently is completing a PhD in Management with work in development of future state models for organizations.
