Bio

After experiencing severe clinical depression and being hospitalised, Adam was on the precipice of taking his own own life.

Now, resiliently recovered, and after receiving deep learning from this powerful experience, he optimistically and successfully rebuilt his mental health, mental wealth, wellbeing and confidence.

Adam Bowcutt’s life mission is now focused on helping and saving 500,000 lives from depression and suicide.

Adam is the author of two books on mental health:

Confide: The New Psychology of Confidence. How to Power Up after Experiencing Depression (2019)

Work is Mental: Rethinking Future Workplace Mental Health (2022)
