Adam Holland is a speaker, entrepreneur, and stock options investor. But prides himself most in being part of a shift in the paradigm where financial education and opportunity creation are concerned in minority communities. A 2017 graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.A. in economics, Adam Holland is educated formally, but began his informal study of creating your own standalone economic opportunity in the marketplace much earlier. At 12, he and his brother founded their first company, "AJ's Hawaiian Iceez", a shave ice company servicing a wide variety of large-scale events such as festivals, carnivals, celebrity fundraisers, and corporate events. Founded with the intent of aiding his parents’ payment of his younger sister's private school tuition, AJ's Hawaiian Iceez quickly blossomed. Receiving numerous franchise offers and donning a state of the art food truck with multiple auxiliary mobile setups, the revenue from AJ's was able to cover all of his sister's primary education through what became a six-figure business. In 2011, he received Black Enterprise Magazine’s Teen Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Adam was selected as one of INC. Magazine’s “Faces of Entrepreneurship” and was among the youngest to ever grace the stage at the prestigious INC. 500|5000 business conference. In 2012, Adam was placed on the Washington Post’s “Young Futurists List”, an annual spotlight of the top 25 young leaders and innovators in the DC metro area. Adam was also honored by the world-renowned Fortune 500 company, Ernst & Young, receiving their Teen Entrepreneur of the Year Award. His personal highlight moment was a letter of commendation from President Obama, congratulating him on all his current and future success in the field of entrepreneurship. Adam continues to work alongside family, in Holland & Holland LLC, as the acting CEO of Holland & Holland Teas. A gourmet tea company specializing in imported, organic teas, H&H Teas deals direct to consumer, and with a number of businesses providing tea to schools, offices, dining halls, cafe's, and private events. Adam is also co-host of the “M.E.M.E Podcast”. A weekly podcast, with each episode relating to the overarching themes of Mindset, Exposure, Money, and Entrepreneurship that’s garnered over 400 weekly listeners in under a year. An avid and experienced investor himself, Adam specializes in stock options trading. His online-education program “Stock Options Made Easy” shows those with no previous investment experience how they can start making money in the market in 100 days or less, through options trading. He instructs his students, step by step, on the rules, mindset, and analysis skills necessary to leverage this financial tool to profit whether the market is going up, down or sideways. Combining entrepreneurial prowess with the ability to leverage investment tools like options, Adam is in the unique position to offer insight on not only how to create wealth, but how to maintain & preserve it.
