Competitor Analysis for Small Businesses
This is a Workshop organized by Consonant in In collaboration with Goldman Sachs Community Team Works The event was aimed at teaching new and aspiring entrepreneurs the concept of competitor analysis and how they can practically apply it to their own business. The session was interactive and included a) the use of video b) powerpoint presentation and c) a break out session where participants created a SWOT analysis using two case studies i.e setting up a new 1) a tattoo parlor in Rochdale U.K. (Lancashire in the U.K ) OR 2) a florist also based in Rochdale U.K The two groups then discussed their conclusions with the rest of the class.
