About
My perspective on crisis leadership comes from more than twenty years of work in three demanding environments: a Level I trauma center, a police tactical unit, and federal emergency response at the highest levels of the U.S. government. These are not theoretical frameworks. They are principles tested under real conditions, including combat support deployments, mass casualty incidents, and high-risk law enforcement operations. I speak to medical professionals, law enforcement agencies, military audiences, hospital systems, government organizations, and corporate leadership teams. My topics include crisis leadership, emergency preparedness, hemorrhage control, active shooter response, tactical medicine, and officer safety. Every talk is built around one goal: giving the audience something they can actually use. Preparation, clear communication, disciplined decision-making, and honest after-action review are skills anyone can build. I teach them because I have lived them across every field I work in.
