He is the founder of sparkChief & Co and currently helps clients to make the most effective strategic business and workforce decisions to accelerate growth. Previously, he has held several global business leadership, consulting, and corporate roles at Mercer (a global consulting firm), DrGlobe.com (a healthcare start-up) and Corporate Resources Group (an international consulting firm).
With more than 20 years in the management consulting industry, Ali has extensive experience in workforce strategy, talent management, career development programmes, and driving thought leadership in various people management areas.
Throughout his career, he has consulted with many leading multinational companies and contributed to major strategic workforce management, transformation, and change management projects across a wide range of specialisations.
Ali has also designed and developed numerous global human resources solutions in use by clients all around the world today, most notably in the following sectors:

• Fast-moving consumer goods
Ali has led many global product and business units, sales and marketing functions, and consulting operations. Ali is also the author of 5 books and more than 100 published management articles.
He holds an MA in Business from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland. He has additional executive management training, including a Negotiation and Decision Making Strategies Programme from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Strategic Planning Programme from Stanford University, and a Marketing Management Programme from IMD in Switzerland.
