Utilizing the right communication channel(s) is necessary and must be used by Entrepreneurs (starting a business), Management (leading employees and processes), Marketing Campaigns (attracting and retaining customers), to Human Resources departments. Regardless of the topic, or the industry, Amy Keely emphasizes the importance of effective communication by understanding the layers of complexity to increase success rates. This includes written, verbal and non-verbal communication.
Communication, both professionally and personally, is the single most important concept to master. If done well you can inspire, but if handled poorly, it can be the single biggest cause of misunderstanding that can lead to the loss of productivity or a key relationship. She discusses her knowledge of "Change Management" issues that can slow down or destroy companies.
She is also able to inspire and motivate people, personally and professionally, by helping them see their value. Like she helps companies build brands, she helps people build their "Brand Me" that help them in the corporate world. Amy's master classes are full of case studies and activities to help people learn by doing - not learn in theory only. It is her students that stay in touch, that give her the confidence that she's making a difference.
