For the last 25 years, I have had the privilege and honor of working for some of the greatest brands in technology like AT&T, Cable and Wireless, Cisco, Salesforce.com, Acxiom, Rovi and TiVo. Over time, I have learned best practices in Enterprise Sales Strategy and Sales Operations as well as mentored countless people on sales methodology, process, and customer engagement. I am passionate about people, and I strongly believe in having a positive mindset that will impact your co-workers and company culture as well as influence your family and friends.
Throughout my career, people have put their trust in me in support of their professional goals and development which has further inspired me to work 1:1 as a coach and mentor. This passion has also led me to share my values on stage as a public speaker at various venues such as the 2014 Forrester Research Convention, as a panelist at the Domo Women in Business Tour, as a featured speaker at the 2016 Apttus Accelerate conference in San Francisco, and at the 2016 LinkedIn Sales Connect conference in New York. These events have given me the opportunity to discuss topics such as the personalization of data as well as discuss my experiences and advice around being a female business leader in the high-tech industry. I bring to the table discussions about being on “the other side of sales” as a buyer and expose what salespeople really ought to know about their customers. The common thread is the underlying need for human connection.
