I've discovered the topics of Lean, Agile and Kanban, the high demand and my passion to contribute to the evolution of management in 2009 when I joined a market-leading aerospace company.
Ever since I have supported over 1000 implementations, developed and run several trainings, workshops, webinars, implementation processes and maturity models to support various areas such as engineering, contract management, manufacturing or HR, just to name a few.
As each environment has different needs, I have accumulated a portfolio of various methodologies including lean, agile, scaled agile, TOC (theory of constraints), design thinking and often combine those methodologies to customize the approach.
Futhermore I'm always aiming to automate processes in order to reduce admin efforts and reduce iterations, optimize reporting and governance and with that minimize resistances and achieve significant performance improvements.
Most important I am not a preacher, I offer what I have learned from experience (which is an ongoing process) and enjoy constructive exchange about the good as well as the ugly. I favour visuals and a simple language, to allow every listener to benefit from the key takeaways - "the topic is challenging enough, let's not make it even more complicated."
