About
Most speakers talk about resilience as something they studied. I talk about it as something I’ve lived and continue to live. My journey began in an abusive childhood, continued through juvenile detention, early emancipation, and years spent doing whatever it took to survive. I eventually rebuilt my life and built a successful career in the corporate technology world before stepping away to pursue a larger mission: helping people reconnect with their humanity. But my story isn’t just about what I overcame in the past. Like many people in the audience, I’m still navigating real life today. I’m a mother of three, balancing the challenges of raising kids, navigating difficult relationships, and building a purpose driven career while trying to stay grounded and authentic through it all. That’s what makes my message different. I don’t stand on stage as someone who has everything perfectly figured out. I stand there as someone who understands what it feels like to rebuild, adapt, and keep moving forward even when life gets messy. I bridge the personal and the professional. I help individuals break through the internal patterns that keep them stuck, and I help leaders and organizations create cultures where people feel seen, trusted, and empowered. Audiences walk away with more than motivation. They leave with perspective, practical tools, and a renewed understanding that resilience, authenticity, and emotional intelligence are not soft skills. They are the foundation for both personal growth and meaningful leadership. My mission is simple: help people remember what it means to be human again.
