Have you ever wondered about the purpose of creation? As Muslim Women, we play a variety of roles in our lives right from a very young age. All of a sudden, we are hit with the realization that we have lost our own identity in the process. I help Empower Women by helping them discover their true identity and how they can Inspire and Impact other women by being their true authentic self. This is done by using a variety of psychological tools and tests and keep the sessions interactive and engaging.

I’m sure you would’ve heard about Work-Life Balance. But have you ever heard of the balance between Deen and Dunya? This is the art or practice of being able to find the middle ground of executing the duties we have been assigned in this world along with those of our After-life as well. Methodologies, in order to achieve this, include using the principles of the religious scriptures to strike the apt balance between who we are and what we were created to do.

Have you ever felt that people are taking you for granted? As women, we get so engrossed in pleasing everyone else around us that we forget to set boundaries for ourselves. As a result people expect us to always be available for them and, as a result, setting those boundaries becomes even more difficult. I share tips and hacks with women to: 1. Realize their own potential 2. Get their priorities right 3. Achieve a mindset shift so that they can set their boundaries without feeling guilty
