Arjun is an outlier. He has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He then graduated from BYU with an MBA. He successfully navigated high-level roles within the exclusive fortune 500 companies circle as Sr. VP of Marketing for Jillian’s Entertainment and VP of Marketing and Operations Services for Papa John’s International Worldwide.
He stepped outside these roles to harness his 20 plus years of experience in marketing, branding, consumer research, strategic planning, and operations for food and retail companies, non-profits and charities, academic institutions, golf professionals, and other guest experience driven industries, to lead his own company, ZenMango.
Arjun knows customers: he asks, he observes, he listens, and he learns what drives customers to make the decisions they do. He analyzes and assesses what motivates customers to become loyal brand enthusiasts. Arjun doesn’t stop here, he is the exception again as he uses the information to create successful customer loyalty programs, marketing and advertising campaigns and reveal opportunities for the companies he serves.
