Through raw and honest explorations of transparency, resilience, mistakes, choices, abuse, mental health, addiction and forgiveness, each poem delves deep into the struggles and triumphs of the human journey while offering comfort and inspiration. As the author of the book, I believe that the themes explored in our collection of poems are particularly relevant to the experiences of all humans. The book is designed to help readers find hope and resilience in the face of adversity, and to inspire them to persevere through life's challenges. I would share select poems from the book and discuss the themes and ideas they explore. I would provide context for each poem and discuss how they relate to the struggles and triumphs of the human journey.
