The goal of this talk is to inspire moms to embrace the sanctifying, hot mess life motherhood offers and teach them how to engage cognitive flexibility in the midst of modern day challenges. In this talk I review the nervous system and strategies for cultivating optimal health for the family system.

A talk that educates individuals on the psychosocial complexities of sexual health during the early stages of parenthood. Bullying from theories applied in sex therapy contexts, I seek to equip individuals to press into God’s gift of pleasure with full awareness and freedom.
