Benny Salas

Benny Salas is a well-seasoned, dynamic speaker with over 20 years of experience speaking, coaching, and training in non-profit, government, and corporate sectors. As a Business and Leadership Coach, Benny empowers leaders in the areas of leadership, communication, persona development, and business outcomes.

Benny is the Founder and CEO of That Coaching Guy, Inc, based in beautiful South Florida. He currently holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Christian Ministry from Trinity International University. He has also received professional coaching training & certifications with Neighborworks, Central College of New Mexico, Coaching Training Institute (CTI) as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and accreditation with the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Benny has logged over 10K coaching, speaking, and leadership training hours. Benny has been a local and national speaker to youth and adults, delivering talks, training, and speeches to audiences of 2,000+. Benny has also been featured as a guest on local stations, WSVN Channel 7, The CW South Florida Channel 33, 1080am & SkyHawk Radio.
