Blair has specialised in integrating practices within the marketing and communications world - where at Publicis Groupe he is charged with spearheading interdisciplinary campaigns; representing public and private organisations, banks, law firms, media and entertainment organisations, technology companies, public figures, health care and medical companies, international trade organisations, energy and resources companies, and charitable foundations.

Blair was a pioneer in corporate Digital Strategy, and has created collaborative cloud-based communications tools, developed unique media and crisis training products, and become the trusted advisor of his clients from CEO’s to famous faces.
Blair regularly lectures and contributes to discussion on effective communications, reputation management, and crisis communications. He also sits on the PRCA Council and is Co-Chair of Creativity at the PRCA.
