Being fearful and the possibility of failure oftentimes keeps us from shooting for the stars. We are all given certain talents/skills and utilizing them is one of the best things we can do in life. Fear keeps you stagnant and does not allow you to blossom and become your best self. This presentation shows how one can overcome their fears/failures and whatever happened in their past by utilizing resilience, positivity, discipline and faith to tackle obstacles. Ultimately, leading to a renewed mindset that failure is NOT permanent; because you can always "get up" and start anew!

How you manage your team determines their level of success. Keep in mind that a student is only as good as their teacher. In this lesson leaders will learn the importance of not only leading by example but by also establishing clear expectations with a focus on the overall success of the team. It also teaches the importance of collaboration, understanding the dynamics of your team and what it takes to keep them motivated to achieve excellent business results.
