Customer Experience - The Perception Factor

The experience customers have when dealing with businesses is twofold. First, what differentiates you from everyone else? And second, what is the perception of the customer about their experience? Perception is reality and finding how you can guide that perception is very important. Brett gets down to the core of the perception factor so you will walk away with ways to guide that perception, understand the ways your customers and prospect think, and build better relationships to increase the customer life cycle.

Have You Put Your Shopping Cart Away - Lessons on Integrity in Business

The person who left their shopping cart in the middle of that parking spot had no idea who they were going to affect with their lack of integrity. What are some things we are doing in our business, with lack of integrity, that is affecting people we may never meet because of our actions. Having integrity is not something that should be shouted from the mountain top, it should be a given. You will walk away with understanding the little things that show lack of integrity, how to raise the bar on integrity within your organization, and how to step in and become an integrity champion.

Getting past the "No"

We are taught at a young age the word no, so much so, that when faced with certain situations, that becomes our first response. Getting past the “No” can be daunting if not approached in the right way. When faced with a decision, people need to be lead down a path that will ultimately get you both where you need to be. After this session, you will be able to have valuable insight on why we say no, have the ability to walk down the road of a yes answer, and become the valued asset to your client they have always needed.

Stop Selling, Start Educating - Become an Educator of your Product

People are sick of being sold to, they would rather go to the dentist than have a pushy salesperson force them into something they don’t think they need. Becoming an educator of your product or service is simple, as long as you have a clear understanding of the value it brings to the customer. After this session you will be better able to educate someone about your product, understand why people buy, and become the trusted person in their lives that tell everyone about what you were able to do for them.

Time Management – What is Wrong with this Model

Based on the “Ivy Lee Method”, Brett dives into how managing time is really an impossible thing to do. When looking at what you need to accomplish in any given day and all the distractions that happen, time just gets away from us. Looking at priorities that need to be completed will enable you to get more done in a day than others can do in a week. After this session you will have a clearer understanding of what it takes to do more in less time, have the tools that will make a difference immediately, and feel like you have more control of your day.

Speak From the Heart – Creating a Meaningful and Genuine Message

Whether you are having a conversation with a potential client, co-worker, manager, or anyone for that matter, speaking from your heart will always produce better results… That is, if what your heart has to say brings a meaningful and genuine message. This is based partly on biblical theology but with a world view so that what you are bringing into your heart is what you want going out from your mouth. Participants will gain more understanding on being meaningful and genuine, find ways to think before speaking, and be able to build stronger relationships with others by becoming the person they seek advice from.

Being Positive in a Negative World – Attitude is Everything

Have you ever been asked to “not complain” or “just be positive” for 7 days? I have, and it can be a real challenge.
