Sacramento Area Professional. Program Coordinator with Substance Use Prevention and Treatment at Sacramento County. Supervisor over Youth System of Care, and Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Contracts Monitor.
Previously worked with Children's Law Center (CLC) as a field supervisor for our MSW interns, and as the CARE Supervisor providing a collaborative and intensive model of legal representation and service delivery to some of CLC’s high need clients, including youth involved in the juvenile justice system, those with high-end mental health needs, and those who have been sexually trafficked. We work directly with young and emerging adult clients in and outside of the courtroom, and collaborate with a cross sector of child welfare, mental health and health services, regional centers, educational, housing, workforce and other community and county agencies working with TAY (transitional age youth) to ensure youth have access to necessary resources and services to prepare for life after foster care.
