THINK Strategic
One of the things that leaders and senior executives ask themselves regularly is how they can encourage more strategic thinking across their organizations. It's not as simply as saying I want to start thinking more strategically. Strategic thinking is a mindset, a way of examining different things and linking them in a manner that is both logical and adds value. The key is to keep an open mind, which allows for creative problem-solving, and to rise above preconceptions, which can cloud thinking. This workshop traces the simple, but important, steps in rising above the day-to-day to look towards the future. Learning Outcomes: The Benefits of Strategic Thinking The Strategic Thinking Process Building Strategic Thinking Skills
Leading in Ambiguity
Leading in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) circumstances is a regular occurrence in business today. It is challenging to lead others when you are not clear on where you are going yourself, or have little reliable/consistent information. Organizations and cultural norms expect leaders to have a proven plan which will lead to a successful end result, but that can set the stage for failure. Both leaders and organizations need to adapt their approach to dealing with ambiguity. As a leader it calls for openness, creativity and courage. Learning Outcomes: Understanding the Challenges of Ambiguity Redefining Clarity in Ambiguity Performing in Ambiguity Creating the Right Working Environment
Finding Your Leadership Compass
This workshop helps leaders (new to their role, or more experienced) understand that how they show up as a leader directly impacts employee engagement, trust and outcomes, supporting leaders to think more strategically in their day-to-day work. Finding Your Leadership Compass connects leaders to the impulses that guide decisions, allowing them to build stronger outcomes through clarity and commitment. It is based on the leadership styles developed by Daniel Goleman. Learning Outcomes: - Understand the 6 different leadership styles - Learn which environments and circumstances work best with each style - Build awareness on the need to develop in each style to support high-performance leadership
